Every item is made to order and produced with care through our fulfillment partners. This approach allows us to offer a wide range of products while maintaining a consistent standard across everything we release. Because of this made-to-order model, our policies differ slightly from traditional retail. Please review the sections below before placing your order.
Order Processing & Production
All products are created after your order is placed.

During peak periods, production times may extend slightly

Orders move into production quickly and cannot be changed or canceled once processing begins
This process ensures each item is produced specifically for you, rather than pulled from existing inventory.
Shipping timelines begin after production is complete.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships

Orders may arrive in separate shipments if fulfilled by different production partners

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Rates & Fulfillment Disclaimer
Shipping rates are calculated as a flat or simplified rate at checkout for customer convenience.
Because our products are fulfilled by multiple print providers:

Actual shipping costs may vary by product, location, and fulfillment partner

In some cases, items may ship separately and incur higher internal shipping costs than what is charged at checkout
We reserve the right to:

Adjust fulfillment methods as needed to ensure delivery

Combine or separate shipments based on operational requirements
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these fulfillment conditions. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Minor variations in color or design placement
However, we will always make it right if something arrives incorrect.
We offer replacements or refunds if your item is:

Incorrect due to a production error

Each request is reviewed individually to ensure a fair outcome.
Product Representation
We take care to present products as accurately as possible. Due to the production process, slight variations in color, print placement, and scale may occur. These are inherent to made-to-order production and are not considered defects.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are sent into production and can no longer be canceled or modified. Because all items are made to order, we are unable to stop or change orders once production has begun.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
