Steven Skyler
Owner & Founder
Steven Skyler is the Founder and Owner of Gold’n State Rangers, bringing together his competitive passion for pickleball and his professional background in entertainment and production. Internationally recognized for his role as the Gold Power Ranger, Steven has built an extensive career in filmmaking, music production, and creative development both on camera and behind the scenes.
A dedicated pickleball competitor for several years, Steven has earned multiple medals and competitive accolades through tournament play. His commitment to the sport extends beyond personal competition. Deeply connected to the pickleball community, he founded Gold’n State Rangers to create a structured, professional team environment that elevates the game while supporting athlete development and league growth.
As Owner & Founder of Secret Sky Productions, Steven also oversees media strategy and original music production for the organization, ensuring the team combines high level competition with polished, professional presentation within the Ultimate Pickleball League.
Preston White
Team Manager
Preston serves as Team Manager for Gold’n State Rangers, overseeing league coordination, scheduling, player logistics, and operational strategy. A seasoned and medaled pickleball competitor, Preston brings firsthand tournament experience and a deep understanding of competitive play to the organization.
Beyond the court, Preston is a highly respected tax CPA, known for his precision, strategic thinking, and steady leadership. His professional background ensures strong operational structure and disciplined planning throughout the season.
Like the team’s founder, Preston joined the Rangers out of a genuine love for the game and the pickleball community, helping build an organization rooted in both competitive excellence and professional integrity.
Dr. Dennis Jorge
Team Manager
Dr. Jorge has been an enthusiastic member of the pickleball community for over five years and joined the team out of a genuine love for the sport and the camaraderie it creates. As a team manager, he enjoys supporting players, building community around the game, and helping grow pickleball both on and off the court.
Outside of pickleball, Dr. Jorge has been practicing optometry since 2012 and gradually worked toward ownership of his practice. He brings his passion for healthy living into his work as he helps patients improve their vision and quality of life. He especially enjoys getting to know the families who come through the practice and building lasting relationships with them.
When he’s not on the courts or in the office, Dr. Jorge is an avid rock climber, hiker, and mountain biker who loves spending time outdoors and sharing photos from his adventures.
Alison MacInnis
Creative Director
Alison MacInnis serves as Creative Director for Gold’n State Rangers, overseeing visual identity, media production, and digital strategy. Internationally recognized for her role as a Pink Power Ranger, Alison has built a professional background in film, television, and creative development both on camera and behind the scenes.
As Co Owner of Secret Sky Productions, she leads photography, branded content, motion graphics, website design, and overall creative execution for the organization. Her experience in storytelling and production ensures that all team and sponsor media is developed with cinematic standards and broadcast ready quality.
